Has over twenty five years experience in the management of residential, retail & commercial development and construction. Strong academic background in construction, real estate development, project scheduling, finance and business. Jay has worked on more than 6,000 apartment and condominium units in his career; much of this experience is at a senior level project manager.
Jay began his career working for OPUS Southwest Corporation developing and managing the construction of commercial projects. After leaving OPUS he went to work for Trammell Crow Residential in Seattle and then to Intrawest where he was responsible for pre-development, construction cost estimating, and management of hundreds of condominium and apartment homes. He also worked for Intrawest – Mammoth where his role continued to expand on the development side, working with designers, town planners and other stakeholders to develop housing, infrastructure and a golf course in a very eco sensitive area in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
Prior to LCI, Jay was the development director for a Schweitzer Mountain Resort in Idaho. Jay had complete responsibility for all aspects of the development process.
Jay co-founded LCI Consultants with his current partners and is very active in the day to day business. Jay’s strengths are in management of the development process from the design phase through final construction completion and closeout. His specific expertise is in; project scheduling, contract negotiations, contractor and design team management, project closeout and plan completion analysis.
He also has extensive experience in the cold weather resort development business with construction of golf courses, trail systems, ski lifts, condo-hotels and land development.
Jay’s substantial expertise in wood-framed construction, most in the northwest and other challenging climatic regions, make him an excellent resource for identifying building system defects and failure with a comprehensive and cost-effective approach to repairing building problems.
Jay is a strong communicator and believes that keeping clients and project teams well informed is one of the keys to a successful project.

Aaron Lee is a recent addition to LCI Consultants with construction management experience managing large scale multi-family and mixed used projects. Aaron began his career with general contractor, Exxel Pacific after graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Construction Management. At Exxel, Aaron’s responsibilities included budget preparation and management, change order management, submittal review and approval and supervision of subcontractors covering all scopes of work, including bidding, buyout subcontract development and execution, cost control, submittal review, and RFI processing.
Aaron has strong interpersonal skills and is a natural team leader. He is able to translate his technical knowledge into practical applications which ultimately help clients measure their objectives and achieve their goals.

Lisa Lukan has over twenty years experience of real estate development, financial analysis and property management. Lisa began her career as a CPA with an international accounting firm. She developed a passion for real estate development and has focused the last 17 years of her career solely on residential real estate. Because of Lisa’s CPA background, she has all the necessary skills for project financial analysis, budget preparation, management and many legal aspects of a project. Lisa has managed the development, construction, marketing and sales of over a thousand condominium units.
